• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

• Proof of purchase required

• Sale or clearance items

• Customized or personalized products

• Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

Return Process

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Ship items to the address we provide (return shipping at customer’s expense)

Refunds

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refunds issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
